Nate Smith recently opened up about his impressive weight loss journey on social media. He shared a photo showing a side-by-side comparison of his current self and an older version, revealing that he’s lost 50 pounds.
In his post, the “World on Fire” singer expressed gratitude to his brother, Kyle Smith, whose diet cookbook has been a source of support. “Shoutout to @tastyshreds for the help! I love you little brother so much,” he wrote.
Smith’s transformation is the result of a year-long commitment to getting healthier. He spoke with Taste of Country and shared his excitement about his progress. “If you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything,” he said last fall, emphasizing how important this journey has been to him.
He also joked about one of the perks of losing weight: “I don’t sweat as much when I’m tying my boots.” Many of his fans and fellow country artists praised him in the comments, with Brett Eldredge saying, “Dude, you are always a stud. Proud of you, man.”
When fans asked how he managed to lose weight, Smith clarified that he didn’t use any fad solutions. “I didn’t do Ozempic or anything weird,” he explained. Instead, he focused on maintaining a calorie deficit. “Turns out if you eat less food, you actually lose weight,” he noted. His brother helped by creating low-calorie, high-protein meals tailored for him.
Currently, Nate Smith is on his Through the Smoke Tour, where he continues to inspire fans with his music and positive message about health and well-being.
