Transforming Education: How the Renault Morocco Foundation is Revolutionizing Tech Integration in Schools

The P-TECH program is transforming education in Morocco by blending digital skills with real-world job opportunities.

Initiated in 2017 in Casablanca, the program has shown great success, boasting a remarkable 98.85% baccalaureate pass rate in 2024.

As part of this initiative, the Renault Morocco Foundation is committed to enhancing education at the Ksar Sghir Technical High School in Fahs-Anjra.

This project gives young people in rural areas better access to education tailored to the job market, particularly in the digital and automotive sectors.

The agreement was signed with notable figures, including Mohamed Saad Berrada, Morocco’s Minister of National Education, and Mohamed Bachiri, CEO of Renault Morocco. Their presence highlighted the importance of this collaboration.

Mohamed Bachiri expressed pride in participating in this partnership, emphasizing its role in broadening young students’ understanding of information systems across various industries.

He stated, “This innovative educational program is vital for preparing students for the challenges in the automotive industry and beyond.”

According to Bachiri, the agreement represents a significant step towards fostering equal opportunities, aligning skills with market needs, and supporting digital advancement.

This partnership also emphasizes the Renault Morocco Foundation’s ongoing commitment to educational inclusion, especially in Tangier and Casablanca. Each year, over 20,000 beneficiaries gain access to various educational initiatives aimed at enhancing their skills and opportunities.
