DUBAI, UAE – On the eve of the Arab Health Exhibition, Yuwell Medical held its 2025 Global Core Partner Conference in Dubai. They announced a new partnership with Inogen, a U.S. leader in respiratory health. This collaboration aims to improve medical device solutions for global markets.

During the conference, Alex WU shared that Yuwell aims to grow both from within and through strategic mergers. Their goal for the next five years is to be among the top three companies in the global home medical health market. Key focus areas include respiratory treatments, diabetes care, and emergency services.

Yuwell plans to strengthen its global strategy by expanding its organizational structure, attracting talented individuals from abroad, and enhancing innovation in product development and supply chain management.

He said, “By collaborating with global partners, we will provide better products and health solutions to users.”

At the conference, Yuwell and Inogen signed a cooperation memorandum, taking their partnership in the respiratory field to a new level.

Yuwell Medical and Inogen formalized a strategic investment and cooperation

Yuwell Medical is one of the largest oxygen concentrator manufacturers in the world. They are known for their strong research and development capabilities. Inogen also specializes in portable oxygen concentrators. Yuwell plans to invest around $27.2 million in Inogen, acquiring 9.9% of their common stock.

By working closely together, Yuwell and Inogen aim to enhance their technology and product offerings. They will collaborate on international distribution, trademark licensing, joint research and development, and optimizing their supply chains.
