Trump-Appointed Judge Rules to Reunite Venezuelan Migrant with Family After Deportation to El Salvador

A federal judge has ordered the return of a Venezuelan man, known as "Cristian," who was recently deported to El Salvador. This decision highlights a significant ongoing issue in immigration law and the rights of asylum seekers.

Cristian, just 20 years old, was sent to an El Salvador prison on March 15. His deportation followed a proclamation by former President Donald Trump that invoked the Alien Enemies Act.
