The remixed levels in “Star-Crossed World” are visually impressive, with sparkling gems and icy landscapes that add a fresh twist to familiar settings.
The storyline kicks off with a meteor crash landing, leading Kirby on a mission to gather crystals, defeat some quirky bosses, and rescue adorable creatures. Navigating the game is smooth. You can seamlessly switch between the main game and new levels. Co-op mode is easy to access, making it a fun experience for friends or family.
Graphically, the game has seen significant improvements. It now runs at a smooth 60fps, making both docked and handheld modes a treat. Any previous visual hiccups are gone, creating a crisp and polished experience.
In addition, there’s new content in the hub town’s Colosseum, which adds even more intrigue. Overall, this feels like a generous update. While some bosses continue to be reused, the overall experience remains engaging and polished.
