This past Saturday, the Education for Tomorrow Alliance hosted its SCI://TECH Expo Day at The Woodlands College Park High School. The event was free and open to the public, running from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The day was full of fun and learning. Local elementary schools participated in the Huntsman Elementary Science Festival. They set up interactive booths where kids shared hands-on science experiments with one another. It was a great way for students to learn from their peers.
Another highlight was the Math Bowl. Seventh to twelfth graders formed teams and faced off in a game-show style competition involving algebra and statistics. They had just 30 seconds to answer each question, making it both challenging and exciting. Fifth and sixth graders also had their own event, the PBK Sci.Math.e.Lon, where they solved entertaining challenges using math and science.
In addition to these activities, there were robotics demonstrations and other exciting presentations for students to explore. The Expo Day was truly a celebration of science and math.

The Education for Tomorrow Alliance has been connecting the community with local schools for 35 years. Their SCI://TECH program includes 13 competitions and events in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). This initiative involves a partnership of volunteers and educators, creating one of the largest regional science fairs in the country. Each year, thousands of students benefit from these educational opportunities.
