Samsung recently unveiled its newest flagship tablet, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, at IFA in Berlin. We’re excited to dive into its features and share our insights.
One of the standout features of the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is its large 14.6-inch display. While it uses the same wonderful panel as last year’s model, it still offers a fantastic experience with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. Users can expect vibrant colors and smooth scrolling.
The tablet is powered by a new chipset, upgrading from the Dimensity 9300+ to the 9400+. It comes in memory options ranging from 12GB/256GB to 16GB/1TB, making it suitable for both casual users and professionals who need performance. The camera setup hasn’t changed much, though it has shifted to a single selfie camera instead of two.
Despite having a slim profile at just 5.1mm, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is surprisingly robust. Weighing only 692g, it’s one of the lightest tablets on the market today, making it easy to carry around.
What’s more interesting is the battery. Samsung has increased the capacity from 11,200 mAh to 11,600 mAh. While it supports a maximum charging rate of only 45W, it’s hoped that this larger battery will provide more extended usage.
The tablet runs on One UI 8, based on Android 16, straight out of the box. It also comes with a redesigned S Pen, which is aimed at enhancing user interaction.
In today’s fast-paced tech world, tablets like the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra are becoming essential tools, not just for entertainment but also for productivity. In fact, according to a recent survey by IDC, nearly 40% of tablet users are using their devices for work-related tasks. This shows how important it is for such devices to combine power and portability.
