Aging Partners is hosting an exciting event on Thursday, July 17. From 3 to 6 p.m. at the Victory Park Center—600 S. 70th St.—you’ll have the chance to explore the connections between our bodies, minds, and spirits. Check-in begins at 2:45 p.m.

  • Six Pillars of Brain Health by Carolyn Walden from the AARP Nebraska Speakers Bureau. Carolyn will share how a lifestyle focused on brain health can enhance your well-being. Key topics include stress management, better sleep, and the importance of simple movement throughout the day.
  • Discover Aging Partners Health and Fitness presented by Susan Winkler and Ann Heydt. Gain insights into strength training and the value of Tai Chi for relaxation and balance. These practices not only build muscle tone but also improve overall body awareness.
