WASHINGTON, D.C. – The American Bakers Association (ABA) and the American Society of Baking (ASB) have teamed up to offer ABA’s Bakers Manufacturing Academy courses through ASB’s Education Hub. This partnership aims to make learning more accessible for baking professionals across the nation.

Both ABA and ASB share a goal: to promote continuous learning in the baking industry. This collaboration boosts access to high-quality online training, enhancing opportunities for bakers everywhere.

“Education is essential for a skilled and efficient workforce,” said Samantha Moore, ABA’s Senior Director of Events and Programming. “By mixing traditional and modern learning methods, we make essential training accessible and impactful. This partnership enables professionals to benefit from interactive courses that help the industry meet safety and efficiency standards.”

Sarah Day, ASB’s Director of Education, added, “We’re excited to work with ABA to expand our educational offerings. This partnership reflects our commitment to support the baking industry by providing a wider range of training tools. Our courses aim to promote innovation and uphold high safety standards for bakers and customers alike.”
