Riddhima prefers matta rice, which she finds more nutritious and beneficial for blood sugar regulation. “I eat my usual chapatis and rice, but I keep it balanced. I’m mostly vegetarian, getting protein from things like peas and lentils,” she adds.
Riddhima starts her day with a teaspoon of virgin coconut oil and amla prash, a healthful mix rich in Vitamin C. “Even when traveling, I can’t miss my morning tea with two Marie biscuits!” she laughs. This commitment shows how much she treasures her routine.
Her typical day includes plenty of fruits, healthy juices, and the occasional indulgence. “I believe in enjoying my food. I have my cheat meals once or twice a week. Food is part of my family’s joy,” she says with a smile.
