Apple has rolled out the first developer betas for its upcoming software updates, and testers have noticed a new feature: Priority Notifications in the iOS 18.4 preview. This feature uses Apple’s Intelligence technology to identify important updates and puts them at the top of your notifications.

Currently, Priority Notifications are turned off by default. If you want to use it, you can easily turn it on in the notifications settings.
What remains unclear is the status of an enhanced Siri. There have been reports of delays in making Siri smarter. Apple has mentioned that new features for Siri are expected to roll out in the coming months, but details are still vague.
In this iOS 18.4 beta, there’s also a new app for Vision Pro users to explore the headset’s app store, watch videos, and install apps from afar. Additionally, a fresh design for the Mail app has been noticed on Macs and iPads. Plus, Apple has introduced a new Food section in Apple News Plus, featuring thousands of recipes tailored for mobile viewing.
