FARRMS is hosting a free, three-part virtual training series called No Stress Video Marketing for Local Food Producers. This series aims to help farmers and local food producers enhance their marketing using video. The webinars will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. CST on January 26, February 2, and February 9, 2026, via Zoom. Participants need to register to join.
During the sessions, attendees will learn how to create engaging video content with simple tools like smartphone cameras. They’ll discover how to tell their stories effectively, capture quality visuals, and edit their videos to connect with customers online. According to Stephanie Blumhangen, FARRMS’ executive director, “The best marketing tool for farmers is often in their pocket.” She stresses the importance of honest storytelling over fancy gear.
Duncan Williamson, director of production at Tellwell, will lead the webinars. With his experience in accessible video production, he aims to empower participants regardless of their skill level.
This training is part of FARRMS’ larger initiative, Nourishing Our Roots: Farmer Leadership for Conservation and Community. This program focuses on community-based conservation efforts, helping to build stewardship in North Dakota through education and leadership development.
