myASUMH is your go-to digital hub for everything you need at Arkansas State University-Mountain Home (ASUMH).
On October 7, 2025, ASUMH announced the launch of “myASUMH,” a new platform that streamlines access to essential campus resources for students, faculty, and staff. This modern hub replaces an outdated single-sign-on system and a separate mobile app, offering a smoother experience across both web and mobile. It’s all part of ASUMH’s plan to enhance digital services.
Dr. Bentley Wallace, Chancellor of ASUMH, shared the vision: “We aim to make it simple for everyone to get things done. With myASUMH, users can focus more on learning and less on navigating multiple systems.”
This one-stop hub connects smoothly with Ellucian Banner and Canvas. It gives personalized access to academic resources and simplifies tasks like payment processing and communication. Students receive targeted information relevant to their needs.
Tamya Stallings, Director of Computer Services at ASUMH, highlights the benefits: “Pathify’s platform is user-friendly. It makes checking grades, making payments, and finding campus events quick and easy. We also hope to boost community engagement through activities like events at The Sheid.”
This move aligns with ASUMH’s plan to modernize experiences across seven campuses in the Arkansas State University System. By using Pathify’s Engagement Hub, they eliminate redundant systems and provide a consistent and engaging user experience.
Chase Williams, CEO of Pathify, stated, “We’re thrilled to be a part of ASUMH’s journey towards better digital experiences. Clear access and smart engagement are crucial for today’s students.”
This initiative comes at a time when institutions globally are prioritizing digital transformation. According to a recent survey by Educause, 66% of students prefer a centralized platform for accessing campus services. This shows a growing trend towards more integrated and user-friendly digital offerings in education.
