Who Should Apply?
This program is ideal for professionals with 5 to 25 years of experience who have made significant impacts at various levels. The perfect candidate:

While there are no strict age limits, the average age of selected Fellows is 39 years.
Expectations of Fellows
Those chosen will need to:
- Stay in New Haven for the entire program

Application Requirements
Applicants will need to submit:
- A résumé or CV (max 3 pages)
- A personal statement (max 600 words)
- A video statement
- Three letters of recommendation
