Dhanbad: Dr. P.K. Mishra, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, recently spoke at the 100th anniversary of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. Dr. Mishra described India as a “Vishwa Bandhu,” or world friend, to many nations, particularly in the Global South. He pointed to India’s achievements in:
