Unveiling the 2025 Daytona Speedweeks On-Air Team: Celebrating 25 Years of NASCAR Excellence with FOX Sports

22nd Daytona 500 on FOX: A Record-Breaking Broadcast

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – FOX Sports is gearing up for a big celebration as it marks its 25th season of NASCAR coverage and its 22nd Daytona 500 broadcast. This milestone ties FOX with any network for the most Daytona 500 broadcasts in history.

DAYTONA 500 BROADCAST TEAM

This year, the Daytona 500 will air on Sunday, Feb. 16, at 2:30 PM ET on FOX. Play-by-play announcer Mike Joy will take the lead, marking his 46th Daytona 500. He’ll be joined by analysts Clint Bowyer and Kevin Harvick, who is stepping into his second season in the booth after winning the Daytona 500 in 2007.

Adding to the expertise, crew chief Larry McReynolds, a two-time Daytona 500 winner, will provide insights alongside Joy, Bowyer, and Harvick. The pit road will be covered by seasoned reporters Jamie Little, Regan Smith, and Josh Sims.

Chris Myers will host the pre-race coverage, marking his 22nd Daytona 500 for FOX. He’ll be joined by analysts that include Jamie McMurray, a former Daytona 500 champion, as well as Bowyer and Harvick. Veteran reporter Tom Rinaldi, a 17-time Sports Emmy winner, will also contribute.

This year is special as Joy, McReynolds, and Myers celebrate their 25th anniversary with FOX since their first Daytona 500 in 2001.

FOX DEPORTES

For Spanish-speaking fans, FOX Deportes will also broadcast the Daytona 500 live for its 14th consecutive season. Veteran play-by-play announcer Tony Rivera will lead the commentary, with Emmy Award winner Jessi Losada providing analysis. Coverage starts on Sunday, Feb. 16, at 2:30 PM ET on FOX Deportes.

NASCAR CRAFTSMAN TRUCK SERIES

The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series begins its 23rd season on Friday, Feb. 14, at 7:30 PM ET on FS1. Little will serve as the first and only female play-by-play announcer in NASCAR, partnered with analysts Harvick and reigning NASCAR Cup Series champion Joey Logano. The pit reports will be handled by Sims, Smith, and Amanda Busick.

ARCA MENARDS SERIES

FOX Sports is excited to kick off its 29th season of ARCA Menards Series coverage with the season opener at Daytona. This race will air live on FOX for the first time on Saturday, Feb. 15, at 12:00 PM ET. Little returns to call this race, with insights from analyst Phil Parsons and driver analyst Trevor Bayne. Busick and Kaitlyn Vincie will cover the action from pit road.

KEVIN HARVICK’S HAPPY HOUR PODCAST

The popular podcast KEVIN HARVICK’S HAPPY HOUR, continues to deliver insights from the racing legend himself. Premiering before The Clash, this podcast features Harvick and co-hosts Vincie and Dylan “Mamba” Smith. They discuss major NASCAR storylines while interviewing guest stars from sports and entertainment.

New episodes, produced at the FOX Sports studios in Charlotte, provide race recaps, previews, and a closer look at weekly racing news. Fans can listen on various platforms, including Apple, Spotify, and YouTube.
