Unveiling the Forerunner Operation: Everything You Need to Know About the Launch

It’s time to dive back into the action. In Operation: Forerunner, which runs until May 6, you can reclaim the glory of the Mantle and explore the Forerunners’ legacy.

The Forerunners, once the galaxy’s guardians, left behind many secrets. This includes sacred rings, massive structures, enigmatic artifacts, and powerful military tech. Now, you have the chance to unlock the Prefect armor, a popular set from Halo 4 that’s been reimagined for today’s Spartans.

To earn this armor, you need to complete all 20 tiers in the new free Operation Pass. Each tier is a step toward proving your worth.

New Game Modes

Let’s talk about some exciting features! One is the new Husky Assault mode. Imagine a mix of frantic rush and tactical planning. You’ll need to snatch the bomb from your opponent—a task that demands quick thinking and adaptability.

Also, there’s a fresh map called Warehouse. It’s not just any space; this gritty indoor skate park adds layers of danger and strategy to your gameplay. You’ll need to be cautious as you navigate its environment.

Another addition is the Ranked 1v1 Showdown. This mode lets you compete against one opponent in fan-favorite maps. It’s all about aim and strategy, with a focus on precision weapons. Players can try their skills in a high-stakes environment while aiming for a share of the $5,000 prize pool during the HCS Season kickoff on April 18–20.

Upcoming Content and Features

Big Team Battle (BTB) fans will soon see changes. New modes, including BTB Extraction and BTB Assault, are set to join the mix. BTB Extraction will have two target zones and require teamwork to secure victory. BTB Assault will challenge players to strategize and defend against attackers in the classic bomber mode.

Operation Pass and Rewards

The Operation Pass offers cool rewards. By completing the tiers by May 6, players can earn the Prefect armor, the Sorvad Solid emblem, and the Odin’s Eye helmet attachment. While these customizations will eventually be available for purchase in The Exchange, you can acquire them in this Operation for a limited time.

If you want to ensure you get all rewards, consider the Premium Pass. It unlocks additional items and bonuses. And don’t worry; once you have a Premium Pass, it remains yours to complete whenever you want.

Celebrate Women’s History Month
