This extensive compound includes a main house, guest accommodations, beautiful gardens, and even a pickleball court. A unique feature is the pool with a movable hydrofloor, which can turn into a dance floor. One standout element is a seven-foot statue of his wife, Priscilla Chan, draped in silver.

In addition to the visible amenities, there’s a 7,000-square-foot underground space that neighbors have dubbed “the billionaire bat cave.” Interestingly, one of the properties contains a private school for 14 children, which raises eyebrows due to violations of city zoning rules. City officials appear unconcerned about these issues, as reported by the Times.

Residents have voiced frustrations about the ongoing construction noise, blocked driveways, and the presence of surveillance cameras. One neighbor, Michael Kieschnick, expressed, “No neighborhood wants to be occupied, but that’s exactly what they’ve done.”

Despite the tensions, Zuckerberg’s staff has occasionally tried to smooth things over with gifts like wine, donuts, and even noise-canceling headphones for the neighbors.
