Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh) – On November 23, Uttar Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister, Brajesh Pathak, took aim at Samajwadi Party (SP) Chief, Akhilesh Yadav. He accused the SP of being out of touch and declared that the party would face marginalization in the next elections.
Pathak emphasized that under PM Modi’s leadership, Indians are united in their commitment to a developed nation. He expressed confidence that the SP would not make significant gains in the upcoming elections.
Yadav recently criticized PM Modi’s ambitious ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’ plan, questioning its feasibility. He pointed out that the BJP seems to be overly ambitious, asking, “Why focus on 2047? Will they even survive until then?” This comment sparked sharp responses from BJP officials, including UP Minister Danish Azad Ansari.
Ansari countered Yadav’s claims, arguing that the BJP is focused on real issues—like prosperity and employment—and criticized the SP for its negative political agenda. He asserted that PM Modi is sincerely dedicated to the nation’s progress.
In a previous statement, Yadav also accused the BJP and the Election Commission of conspiring to manipulate voter counts in areas where the SP performed well in the last Lok Sabha elections.
