French President Emmanuel Macron has called an urgent meeting with European leaders in Paris to address the actions of US President Donald Trump. This meeting, set for Monday, highlights growing concerns among European officials regarding Trump’s influence on global politics.
Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski announced the meeting at the Munich Security Conference. He expressed appreciation for Macron’s leadership, stating the discussions would tackle Trump’s recent moves seriously. Sikorski even likened Trump’s foreign policy to a military strategy called “razvedka boyem,” which involves testing limits before adjusting strategies. “You push and you see what happens, and then you change your position,” he explained. “And we need to respond.”
