On January 26, UT San Antonio will close all its campuses due to severe weather conditions. This affects students, faculty, and staff across Main Campus, Downtown Campus, Southwest Campus, Park West Campus, San Pedro I, and One Riverwalk Place. All classes, including labs and in-person programs, are cancelled.
Employees with essential roles should check in with their supervisors for guidance about work schedules. Others do not need to report to work on this day.
For anyone on campus, warming stations will be available. The John Peace Library will operate as a 24-hour warming center, and the north side of the Student Union will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Housing and Residence Life staff will be on-site for support, ensuring safe access to buildings and pathways. The front desks will be available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the Roadrunner Cafe will serve meals from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on both Sunday and Monday.

UT Health and the Health Science Center will also cancel classes and non-essential activities. However, patient care and clinical services will remain open. Alerts will be sent via the university’s alert system and communicated through text and email to students and staff.
