Burlington 70, Rice 65
Burlington’s Abdi Sharif led the game with 30 points, while Evan Eaton from Rice contributed 20 points. Burlington finished strong, closing the game with a 17-5 run.
Girls Basketball
Burlington 78, South Burlington 37
Nylah Mitchell and Atika Haji combined for 55 points to lead Burlington, who dominated from the start with a halftime lead of 41-14.
Mount Mansfield 42, Champlain Valley 32
Bella Schultz-Mitchell and Maysa Long both stood out for Mount Mansfield, despite Champlain Valley’s strong second half.
