Baxter Health is excited to introduce Dr. Shawn Anderson, a seasoned emergency physician, to the team at Fulton County Hospital. With nearly 20 years of experience, Dr. Anderson is set to enhance the hospital’s emergency services.

Most recently, he served as the Medical Director at the VA in Mountain Home, Arkansas. His journey includes working in emergency departments across Arkansas, Oklahoma, and even the U.S. Virgin Islands. This diverse experience means he’s well-equipped to handle various medical situations and trauma cases.

Dr. Anderson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his residency back at the University of Oklahoma. Throughout his career, he has shown a strong commitment to delivering top-notch care in high-pressure environments.
