Oregon State’s Aiva Arquette and Dax Whitney have both received exciting honors from Perfect Game. Arquette earned a spot on the Second-Team All-American list, while Whitney was named a First-Team Freshman All-American.

Dax Whitney has had a standout season with a record of 6-3 and a 3.66 ERA. He leads the team in strikeouts, fanning 111 batters in just over 71 innings. Opponents have struggled against him, managing only a .221 batting average.

On the offensive side, Aiva Arquette has been a key player, leading the Beavers with an impressive .354 batting average. He’s hit 18 home runs, just behind teammate Turley, who has 19. Arquette also tops the team with 17 doubles and has brought in 65 RBIs. He’s quick on the bases too, having stolen seven bases out of eight attempts, and boasts a solid .982 fielding percentage. His performance has made him a finalist for the prestigious Brooks Wallace Award, which honors the top collegiate shortstop in the country.
