However, what caught my attention was his limited work in the middle of the field in that tape. I remembered he transferred from Oklahoma State, so I decided to look back at his performance there, specifically in 2024. At Oklahoma State, he effectively utilized the middle of the field.
After reviewing around 200 targets, I was really impressed. He showed agility and refined route-running skills. While he certainly excels in stretching the field vertically, I believe he has the potential to grow beyond that.
Interestingly, I spoke with a veteran offensive coach with over 35 years in the league. He actually preferred this player, Stribling, over another prospect, Makai Lemon. This highlights that expert opinions can often differ significantly from popular consensus, which is something to keep in mind.
