The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) is back in Las Vegas for the Winter Fancy Food Show from January 19 to 21, 2025. This year, six amazing food and beverage brands from Minnesota will present their products. They’re excited to share a taste of the North with attendees in Nevada and beyond.

The MDA’s Make it Minnesota Program supports these businesses by providing discounted booth space and promotion. This program aims to grow the local food industry, emphasize the use of Minnesota ingredients, and boost economic development in the region.

Here’s a look at the fantastic brands joining the Minnesota Pavilion:

  • Mixly Cocktail Co – Offers natural cocktail and mocktail mixers. Booth 1917.
  • Von Hanson’s Snacks – Features pretzels, seasoned peanuts, and more. Booth 1911.
  • Riff’s Smokehouse – Specializes in delicious meat snacks and BBQ products. Booth 1919.
  • Maud Borup – Offers sweet treats and food gifts for every occasion. Booth 1913.
  • Maazah – Focuses on flavorful sauces and lentil dips. Booth 1921.
  • Peace Coffee – Delivers 100% organic and fair-trade coffee. Booth 1915.
