Karnataka DySP Suspended: B Ramachandrappa, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) of Madhugiri sub division of Tumkuru district of Karnataka, has been suspended for behaving in an objectionable method with a girl. This matter came to gentle after a video went viral and motion was taken in opposition to him on Friday (January 3, 2025). In the alleged video, Ramachandrappa is seen behaving inappropriately with a girl within the bathroom of his workplace in Madhugiri.

Ramachandrappa was the DSP within the meeting constituency of Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara. A 35-second video went viral on Thursday (January 2, 2025) evening. In this video, Ramachandrappa was seen contained in the bathroom and a girl was seen standing in entrance.
‘We will take acceptable motion in opposition to Ramchandrappa’
Tumkuru SP Ashok KV, whereas speaking to the media, stated that he’ll carry the matter to the discover of senior officers and take acceptable motion. According to police sources, SP Ashok submitted the report of this incident to the Director General of Police. After this the Director General of Police handed it over to DG-Director General of Police Alok Mohan. After which he took motion and suspended Ramachandrappa on Friday night.
The lady had gone to the police station to lodge a criticism
According to police investigation, on Thursday the lady had gone to Madhugiri police station with some folks to lodge a criticism. According to sources, when different folks had been busy speaking to the police officer. Then Ramachandrappa befriended the lady and took her apart. According to sources, each of them entered the bathroom and started doing objectionable acts. Meanwhile, somebody positioned his cell on the bathroom window and recorded the incident. However, after 35 seconds they came to know in regards to the recording, after which the lady hid behind Ramachandrappa.
