Wyoming Department of Education Strengthens Security with BIO-key PortalGuard IDaaS: Safeguarding Identity and Access Management for Essential Systems

BIO-key® International, Inc. has secured a contract with the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE). Under this agreement, BIO-key will implement its PortalGuard IDaaS platform, which can support up to 20,000 staff members. PortalGuard simplifies user access by allowing staff to log into various applications with one strong set of credentials. This means less hassle for users and better security overall. The customizable Account Dashboard will let users manage their authentication preferences, while the Application Launchpad provides easy, one-click access to all WDE digital resources, including cloud storage like Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive. Moreover, the Administrator Dashboard enables IT teams to monitor user access easily, offering better control and insight.
