XZibit’s Ex-Wife Requests Increased Financial Support After Experiencing Lifestyle Decline

Xzibit is facing a tough challenge from his ex-wife, Krista Joiner. She is asking for a big boost in both spousal and child support, saying her financial situation has worsened since their split.

Court documents show that Krista filed her request recently. She claims she can’t keep up with her bills or enjoy weekend trips like she used to. She also alleges that Xzibit is spending money on his girlfriend’s luxury car instead of supporting their son’s private school tuition.

Krista mentions that Xzibit hasn’t seen their 12-year-old son since September.

She has made serious accusations. Krista alleges that Xzibit once slammed their son’s head on a table after finding memes of his girlfriend on the boy’s phone. Because of these issues, she is now requesting over $9,000 a month for child support and more than $21,000 for spousal support. In total, she’s asking for $300,000 in attorney fees and claims Xzibit owes her over $750,000 in missed payments.

Krista’s original court order was set when Xzibit was reportedly making about $25,000 a month. She believes his income is now closer to $134,000. The couple was together for 20 years and married for six before separating in 2021. They had two children, but sadly, one passed away shortly after birth.

Xzibit has argued against paying spousal support, claiming that the pandemic hit his finances hard, making it tough for him to tour. However, Krista alleges that Xzibit’s brother told her he earns over $1 million a month from his cannabis business and has stashed $20 million in various locations to help him out when needed.

Xzibit has publicly denied these accusations, calling them “bullsh*t” in a now-deleted Instagram post. He warned Krista that spreading these claims could lead to serious consequences.

In August 2022, Xzibit was ordered to pay $6,000 a month in support. This included $2,239 for child support until their son turns 18 and $3,702 in spousal support. He also had to pay $50,000 after Krista hired an accountant to check his finances and an additional $125,000 for her legal fees.

Later that year, Krista filed a lawsuit against him, seeking lifetime support because she claims he promised to provide for her if she stayed home. In 2023, she asked for another $230,000 to cover her ongoing legal costs and bills as their divorce process continues.

So far, a judge has not made a decision on Krista’s latest requests.
