Sam, just 17, made a remarkable catch, robbing a home run from Tampa Bay Rays’ third baseman Junior Caminero during the final round. He sprinted for a hard line drive and leaped at the left field wall.

Ultimately, Cal Raleigh claimed the championship, walking away with a trophy, a chain, and a championship belt. However, Sam’s heroic play will be remembered for years to come.
