“Your Dream of Owning a Le Mans Hypercar is Within Reach: Order the Aston Martin Valkyrie LM Today!” | Autocar

Aston Martin has just unveiled the Valkyrie LM, a powerful V12 hypercar designed for the track. It promises to be one of the ultimate toys for car enthusiasts.

This model is different from the Valkyrie AMR Pro, which is strictly a race car. The Valkyrie LM is based on Aston Martin’s Le Mans Hypercar (LMH) that will compete at La Sarthe this weekend. It boasts a roaring 697 horsepower, thanks to its 6.5-liter Cosworth V12 engine, paired with a seven-speed semi-automatic gearbox.

To make the Valkyrie LM more accessible for track enthusiasts, Aston Martin has made some impressive upgrades. They’ve modified the V12 to run on widely available fuel, making it more practical for everyday use. They also streamlined the car by removing ballast and specific electronic systems required by racing regulations.

However, it still retains many features that make it a true racing beast, such as a carbon fiber race seat with a six-point harness, a fire suppression system, and custom Pirelli track tires.

Adam Carter, Aston Martin’s head of endurance motorsport, noted, “The Valkyrie LM is very close to the race car in the WEC and IMSA series, with just a few tweaks to make it accessible to customers.” He emphasized that this model delivers a genuine hypercar track experience.

In a move reminiscent of Ferrari’s XX track car program, Aston Martin will also offer a support service for owners. This includes transporting the cars and a dedicated team of engineers who will help set up and maintain them during track days.

To further enhance the experience, owners will receive coaching from professional drivers and access to simulator sessions. This ensures they can push the limits of a car built for speeds over 200 mph on some of the world’s most renowned racetracks.

Excitingly, owners will get their first taste of driving the Valkyrie LM at an exclusive event in the second quarter of 2026, with additional track days planned at top-tier circuits later that same year.

According to a recent survey by *AutoWeek*, 75% of luxury car buyers are interested in track days and immersive driving experiences. This trend highlights not just a desire for high-performance cars but also for unique driving adventures, making the Valkyrie LM a timely entry into the market.

The Valkyrie LM isn’t just another hypercar; it’s an invitation to several thrilling experiences that few have the chance to enjoy.
