Kareena’s new daily routine includes an early dinner and bedtime. She now aims to eat by 6 PM and be asleep by 9:30 PM. "I do my workouts before anyone else is awake," she says. On fitness, Kareena explained, "If I skip my workout, my mood shifts. After COVID, I realized how vital fitness is for my well-being, not just looks."
