Food Network is honoring the memory of Chef Anne Burrell with special programming. Anne, who passed away suddenly at the age of 55, was loved by many for her charisma and skill. She first appeared as Mario Batali’s sous chef on Iron Chef America in 2004 and later hosted Worst Cooks in America for 27 seasons.
On June 25, Food Network will dedicate a block of programming to celebrate her talent. Starting at 10 p.m. ET/PT, viewers can enjoy an episode of Guy’s Grocery Games featuring Anne alongside other chefs. This will be followed by a recap of the worst dishes from Worst Cooks in America at 11 p.m. and a highlight of Anne’s mentoring skills at 11:30 p.m.
The following month, on July 28, the new season of Worst Cooks in America will kick off, marking Anne’s last role as host.
For those without cable, there are several ways to watch. Services like Philo, DirecTV, Hulu + Live TV, and Sling offer options for streaming Food Network. Many of these services provide free trials, allowing viewers to catch special events without committing financially.
