I aim to simplify nutrition, showing that it doesn’t have to be a time-consuming task,” she says. Recently, she shared insights through her Instagram series, “Lazy Nutrition That Works,” which features quick and easy recipes. “My husband inspired this. Cooking can be a hassle, but healthy meals don’t have to be complicated,” she explains.
