Reality TV fans, rejoice! Netflix’s Dubai Bling is back for a third season.
This season continues to follow the glamorous life of Kris Fade, an Australian-Lebanese radio star who has made a name for himself in the UAE.
But how did a kid from Sydney, who struggled in school, end up hosting his own popular morning show? The journey is inspiring.
Kris shared his story with Antoinette Lattouf on The Weekend Briefing. He discussed his name change to Kris Fade and revealed a pivotal conversation with a radio executive that pushed him to explore opportunities abroad. This decision changed his life.
Antoinette asked the tough questions we all wonder about. For example, how much do the Dubai Bling cast really earn? And why has Kris stepped back in this latest season?
Kris expressed, “I think we had our run with what I wanted from Dubai Bling. The first two seasons were fantastic.”
He pointed out the demands of filming a reality show, saying, “It was getting a little harder with all the drama.” Kris added that he didn’t want to create conflict just for ratings. So, he and his wife, Brianna, decided to take a quieter approach this season.
