Califia Farms has introduced a new soy milk as part of its Simple & Organic line. Along with the soy milk, they’re rolling out two new creamers: Sweet Crème and Salted Caramel. They’ve also updated their basic creamers and added new Cold Brew and Matcha blends featuring almond milk.
The new Simple & Organic Soymilk comes in 48-oz. and 32-oz. bottles. Made with only organic ingredients, it offers a creamy texture without any oils or gums. Each serving packs in 8 grams of protein, making it a nutritious choice for many.
Suzanne Ginestro, the chief marketing officer at Califia Farms, highlights that their Simple & Organic line has quickly gained popularity since its launch in 2023. She mentioned that soy milk is a response to rising consumer interest, especially among Gen Z, who have increased their soy consumption by 8%, primarily for its protein benefits.
The lineup isn’t stopping there. In 2024, Califia’s almond creamers gained traction, aligning with the current trend for healthier options. The new Sweet Crème and Salted Caramel creamers add to their flavors, which already include Vanilla, Brown Sugar, Lavender, and Pistachio. All these options are crafted with straightforward, plant-based ingredients.
In an effort to keep things simple, their core creamer recipes are now oil and gum-free, ensuring the smooth taste remains. They have also revamped flavors like French Vanilla and Caramel.
Looking ahead to 2026, Califia Farms will introduce Coffee and Tea Blends like Vanilla Cold Brew and Unsweetened Matcha, designed for customization. These blends, made with simple ingredients, stand to appeal to those wanting a tailored beverage experience.
Additionally, they’re launching a Simple & Organic Coconutmilk, packaged in a 32-oz. format. It’s made with coconut cream and coconut water, free of oils and gums, making it a great choice for drinks, cooking, and baking.
With the growing trend of plant-based diets, products like this are becoming increasingly vital. According to a 2022 survey by the Plant-Based Foods Association, plant-based milk sales increased by over 20% in recent years, signaling a strong shift in consumer preferences. As more people seek healthier choices, brands like Califia Farms are stepping up to meet that demand, providing tasty, nutritious options to enjoy every day.
