Bolte, picked in the second round of the 2022 draft, is making waves in the baseball world. He recently set a record with hits in 12 straight plate appearances and boasts impressive stats: a .348 batting average, .418 on-base percentage, and .658 slugging percentage. He has 12 home runs, 17 stolen bases, and a solid hard-hit rate of 43%. Such performance has stirred excitement among fans and analysts alike.
The young outfield for the A’s has shown promise, but players like Tyler Soderstrom and Lawrence Butler haven’t performed as expected this season.
