**Now Hiring: Director of Health and Safety**
We’re looking for a Director of Health and Safety. This key role will lead our initiatives to create a safe and healthy environment for our chapters. You’ll work closely with university chapters, volunteers, and staff to manage accountability processes, educational programs, and support plans.
Your goal? To improve our strategies during busy periods and enhance engagement with volunteers.

**Key Responsibilities**
Chapter and Individual Accountability
- Oversee chapter discipline processes, including investigations and membership reviews.
- Manage chapter probation and track progress towards goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for conduct-related initiatives.
- Ensure accountability is handled professionally and consistently.
Collaboration with Universities
- Build relationships with campus professionals and administrators.
- Advocate for the Fraternity during university conduct processes.
- Work with volunteers to support accountability efforts at the chapter level.
- Communicate effectively in stressful situations.
Health and Safety Education
- Lead training initiatives on health, safety, and risk management.
- Create resources focused on well-being and accountability.
- Help design workshops and officer training programs.
- Assess the effectiveness of education and seek continuous improvement.
Operational Management
- Improve processes for efficiency, especially during busy times.
- Help set organizational standards for incident management.
- Maintain accurate records related to accountability initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in student affairs or similar fields.
- Strong skills in communication, relationship-building, and managing stress.
- Experience in educational program facilitation is a plus.
