Houston Women’s Golf at NCAA Championships: Second Round Update
University of Houston’s senior golfer, Natalie Saint Germain, scored an even-par 72 in the second round of the NCAA Championships at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California. Stanford leads the team competition with a total of 564, followed closely by USC at 567. Oklahoma State, Iowa State, Arkansas, and several other teams round out the top competitors for the championship.
On the individual leaderboard, Texas’s Farah O’Keefe, Mississippi’s Kajsaloftta Svarvar, and Stanford’s Meja Örtengren are all tied at 6-under 138. The fight for the top spot is heating up as the competition narrows.
