Exciting Announcement: West Virginia University to Host the NCAA Baseball Regional!

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Exciting news for baseball fans! The West Virginia University (WVU) baseball team will host an NCAA Baseball Regional for the third time in its history. This year, the Mountaineers, boasting a strong record of 39-14, make their 17th appearance in the NCAA Tournament, aiming for their third straight NCAA Super Regional.

The Morgantown Regional kicks off from May 29 to June 1 at Kendrick Family Ballpark. Fans will soon learn which teams will join WVU in this competition when the full NCAA Championship bracket is revealed on May 25 at noon ET on ESPN2.

For dedicated fans, priority ticket requests are open until tonight at 11:59 p.m. Season ticket holders and Mountaineer Athletic Club members can request up to four all-session tickets for both the Regional and Super Regional, along with one parking pass. Fans can submit their requests through WVUGAME.com. Those who make requests will be notified about their application status shortly after the bracket announcement.

WVU students, take note! Free tickets for the first game on Friday will be available starting May 28 at noon, and these are offered on a first-come, first-served basis thanks to United Bank. Students can claim their tickets by logging into their WVUGAME.com accounts. Additional tickets will be released for weekend games based on how far WVU advances.
