ServSafe® Food Certification Coming to Washington
Exciting news for food service professionals in Washington! On July 7th, a ServSafe® certification course will take place. The classes kick off at 9 a.m. and run for eight hours, making it a day packed with valuable information.
The cost to enroll is $175. This fee covers your class time, a course manual, and the national certification exam. Importantly, members of the Iowa Restaurant Association can benefit from a $50 discount.
This course is essential for anyone involved in preparing or serving food. It’s a requirement for food service operations to have at least one staff member certified in food safety. The ServSafe® program is crafted by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, well-respected in the food industry.
