Troy, Alabama – Excitement is in the air as Troy soccer head coach Jake Wyman announces the program’s incoming freshman class for 2026. This marks a significant milestone as it’s Wyman’s first recruiting class since he took on the head coach role in December.
Wyman expressed enthusiasm about this new group. “We’re thrilled to welcome our first true freshman class. They bring immense talent, and we expect them to contribute right away. Their character fits perfectly with what we aim for at Troy soccer.”

Aiden Bailey is a midfielder from Fort Worth, Texas. She had an outstanding high school career at Arlington Heights High School, racking up a record 107 goals. Bailey was a four-time all-district first-team selection and even earned MVP honors in her sophomore and senior years.
Isla Boyle, hailing from North Vancouver, British Columbia, played various sports including soccer, basketball, and baseball at Seycove High School. She was part of Burnaby FC and also participated in the Whitecaps FC Pre-Regional Excel training program, showcasing her commitment to the sport.
Braelyn Carey comes from Lakewood, Washington, where she played as a winger. Over her high school career, she collected 72 goals and 165 assists. Carey was named PSL MVP twice and recognized as Athlete of the Year by the Tacoma Athletic Commission, reflecting her impressive skills on the field.
Emerson Clarke is a midfielder/forward from Knoxville, Tennessee. Recently, she played a key role in her team’s back-to-back appearances in the state championship. Clarke was recognized on both the District 11-AA All-State and All-Region teams.
Hannah Kent joins from Scarborough, Ontario. She played soccer, field hockey, and track at Saltfleet High School. Her versatility is a great asset as she has also been a part of Hamilton United’s club team.
Brooke Ogorek from Lexington, South Carolina, played 81 games, scoring 25 goals and earning numerous accolades, including all-state honors during her senior season. Her experience will add depth to the Trojans’ midfield.
Mallorie Springs, hailing from Gallatin, Tennessee, made her mark in both soccer and track. She excelled in sprinting events and helped bring home regional and sectional titles in relays while competing at Station Camp High School.
Last but not least, Irene Torres from Montclair, California, has a stellar record. A two-time offensive player of the year, she scored 16 goals in her senior season and has been instrumental in leading her team to multiple league championships.
The Troy Trojans are certainly gearing up for future success with this talented freshman class.
