Over 100 Migrants Detained in Colorado Nightclub Raid: Key Insights and Updates

Early Sunday, federal agents conducted a significant raid on an underground nightclub in Colorado Springs. More than 100 migrants were taken into custody, as reported by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

According to Jonathan Pullen, a special agent with the DEA, the operation revealed serious criminal activities, including drug trafficking and prostitution. “What was happening inside was significant,” he stated. Notably, some active-duty military members were found at the club, some allegedly working security.

This raid aligns with President Trump’s focus on strict immigration policies during his second term. As his administration pushes for tougher immigration laws, he is expected to sign new executive orders soon.

The DEA had been surveilling the club for several months before the raid. They documented various illegal activities, including drug trafficking and connections to notorious gangs. Authorities did not disclose the club’s identity, but they noted the presence of potential members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, MS-13, and the Hells Angels.

Over 10 federal agencies, including the FBI and ICE, participated in the operation. Pullen mentioned that about 200 people were inside the club during the raid, with at least 114 believed to be in the U.S. illegally. Videos from the DEA showed agents attempting to enter the building, instructing people to come out with their hands raised.

The raid also yielded drugs, including cocaine and a variant known as "pink cocaine," or "tusi." ICE took custody of those believed to be in the country unlawfully. Additionally, two active-duty military members were detained in relation to the raid, though the specific nature of the charges against them is still unclear.

U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi confirmed that two individuals with outstanding warrants were arrested during this operation. In total, about 40 officers from the Colorado Springs Police Department aided in the raid.

Authorities are conducting ongoing investigations into the club’s operations, and more arrests could follow. The focus remains on the serious criminal activities uncovered during this significant law enforcement action.
