If you often drink soda, consider replacing one can with water. This way, you’re not cutting out what you enjoy; instead, you’re slowly adding in healthier options.
Remember, change takes time. Murza suggests understanding your current eating habits and dietary needs first. Set achievable goals based on this awareness and gradually implement those changes.
