Boosting Safety: Indian Railways Unveils Upgraded Measures for Vande Bharat Trains

The Vande Bharat Express is India’s flagship semi-high-speed train, but it faces a serious problem: frequent collisions with cattle. These incidents have raised safety alarms, prompting Indian Railways to take urgent action.

A recent report from the Commission of Railway Safety reveals that the lightweight design of the Vande Bharat Express, especially its nose cone, makes it vulnerable to damage during high-speed encounters with animals.
