His college background is impressive. Gabriel played three seasons at UCF and finished his college career at Oregon, leading the Ducks to an unbeaten regular season. He holds the record for the most career touchdown passes in FBS history with 155.

Stefanski acknowledged the need for improvement, stating, “We have to play better and we have to coach better. This is not about one person.” Gabriel’s ability to create plays on the move could be crucial, given the current state of the offensive line.
