William & Mary 94, Hampton 83
Gabe Dorsey had a standout game, scoring 30 points and reaching 1,000 career points as William & Mary (12-8, 6-1 CAA) overcame Hampton (10-10, 3-5 CAA). The senior hit seven three-pointers and helped his team take a commanding lead at halftime, 49-31. Despite a strong effort from Hampton to close the gap, the Tribe maintained their lead until the end. Gary Beale Jr. led Hampton with 19 points.
UNCW 85, Charleston 83
In a thrilling match, UNCW (15-5, 5-2 CAA) edged out Charleston (15-5, 5-2 CAA) for their first win in Charleston’s home conference games. Bo Montgomery was a key player, scoring 18 points. The game saw many lead changes, with UNCW pulling ahead with an impressive performance in the second half. Charleston’s Derrin Boyd had a game-high 22 points but couldn’t secure the win at the buzzer.
Towson 83, North Carolina A&T 67
Towson (11-9, 6-1 CAA) celebrated their best conference start ever with their fifth straight win against North Carolina A&T (4-17, 0-8 CAA). Tyler Tejada led all scorers with 20 points. Towson built an early lead and maintained it, closing out the game with a strong finish. Landon Glasper was a bright spot for A&T with 13 points.
Hofstra 93, Delaware 68
Hofstra’s Cruz Davis nearly recorded a triple-double with 28 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists in their win over Delaware (11-9, 4-3 CAA). Hofstra shot a remarkable 60% from the field. They surged in the second half, maintaining their lead comfortably against the Blue Hens.
Campbell 79, Stony Brook 54
Colby Duggan led Campbell (9-11, 4-3 CAA) with 27 points, showing impressive efficiency. The Camels dominated the paint, scoring heavily inside. After a strong start, they never looked back, ultimately winning by 25 points. Stony Brook struggled throughout, with Andre Snoddy and Ben Wight reaching double figures but unable to change the course of the game.
Northeastern 70, Drexel 61
Northeastern (11-9, 3-4 CAA) secured a solid win against Drexel (11-9, 3-4 CAA) thanks to JB Frankel and Rashad King, who each scored 19 points. The Huskies built a lead early, but Drexel fought back to make it competitive. Ultimately, Northeastern pulled ahead in the final minutes, riding a strong performance to victory.
Elon 83, Monmouth 71
Elon (14-6, 5-2 CAA) secured their win behind the Simpkins brothers, who combined for 44 points. Elon’s strong performance early in the game set the tone. Even when Monmouth made a comeback, crucial shooting from Nick Dorn helped Elon’s offense perform well under pressure.
