Nintendo just added two classic Game Boy games to its Switch Online library! You can jump in and play them right away.
First up is the 1994 gem, Donkey Kong. This beloved puzzle platformer continues the classic arcade adventure and includes elements from Donkey Kong Jr. and Mario vs. Donkey Kong.
If you’re new to this game, there’s a nice surprise waiting after the first four levels, which are the same as those in the original arcade game. Trust me, there’s much more to explore beyond those levels!
The second game available now is Mario’s Picross. This fun puzzle game lets you color in designs featuring Mario and his friends. It first launched for Game Boy in 1995 and was one of the first Picross games released in the West.
Exciting news is on the horizon! In just a month, Nintendo will share more about the Nintendo Switch 2 during a special livestream on April 2. If you subscribe to Nintendo Switch Online, you can look forward to playing your favorite classic games on the new console too.
Want to know more about what’s available on Nintendo’s subscription service? You can easily find a guide listing all the games you can play right now.
