Georgia Food and Wine Festival
The Georgia Food and Wine Festival will take place from March 21 to 23. Over these three days, visitors can enjoy a wide range of delicious foods and drinks. The first two days are for those 21 and older, while the last day welcomes all ages.
Friday, March 21, kicks off with “Friday Fired-Up,” featuring a variety of grilled and smoked foods prepared by top chefs. Tickets for this evening are $85.
On Saturday, March 22, called “Saturday Savor,” guests can sample drinks and dishes from Georgia’s finest chefs. A ticket includes a souvenir wine glass for unlimited tastings, and more. Prices are $99 for general admission and $165 for access to the VIP lounge.
Finally, Sunday Funday on March 23 is a day for everyone. Kids will have their own space to enjoy. Tickets range from $25 for general admission to $139 for VIP. All events are held rain or shine at Jim R. Miller Park, located at 2245 Callaway Road.
Easter Egg Quest
Join the Easter Egg Quest from March 24 to April 20 in Powder Springs. Families can hunt for 48 oversized Easter eggs hidden throughout the city, including Thurman Springs Park and downtown. Make sure to snap a picture when you find one!
Baseball Fun with the Savannah Bananas
On March 29 and 30, the Savannah Bananas will bring their unique style of baseball to Truist Park. This game features a fun twist called Banana Ball, making it a must-see event. Note that tickets for this game are already sold out!
Big Shanty Festival 2025
Mark your calendar for the Big Shanty Festival on April 12 and 13. This annual event features a parade, craft vendors, and activities for kids. The fun starts with a parade at 9:30 AM on April 12, followed by a day filled with food and entertainment from 10 AM to 6 PM. On April 13, festivities run from noon to 5 PM. Head to downtown Kennesaw for all the action!
Taste of Marietta
Join the celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the Taste of Marietta on April 27 from 11 AM to 7 PM. This event showcases over 60 local restaurants, offering a variety of dishes for attendees to sample. Enjoy games, food competitions, and meet renowned chefs. The event takes place at 75 East Park Square in Marietta.
Acworth Dragon Boat Festival
On May 3, experience the Acworth Dragon Boat Festival from 9 AM to 4 PM. Watch 40-foot dragon boats race in an exciting competition where teams paddle to victory. This festival marks its 8th anniversary and promises to be a thrilling day for all.
