LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Park Plaza Mall is excited to announce that MINISO, a popular global retailer, will open its doors this spring.

This will be the first MINISO store in Arkansas. The brand is known for its over 250 locations in the U.S. and an impressive 6,000 stores worldwide.

Howard Levine, a managing partner at Second Horizon Capital, expressed enthusiasm about this new addition. He highlighted that MINISO enhances the mall’s diverse shopping options. Shoppers in Little Rock will soon have more exciting choices.

MINISO offers a wide range of products, from collectibles and toys to beauty items and household essentials. One of its standout features is the “blind box” collection, where customers buy a mystery item without knowing what it is until they open the box.

Camilo Varela, also a managing partner at Second Horizon Capital, believes MINISO’s fresh retail approach will uplift the shopping experience at Park Plaza. With MINISO, the mall aims to strengthen its position as a go-to spot for the local community.
